In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For Cancellations please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.Requests received later than that will not be entertained.

Return & Refund Policy

We try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products, the return request has to be made within 7 days from the day of delivery and we will provide a refund. In case a product has been customised, it cannot be returned. However in such condition they can contact our team for assistance. In case of products on sale we do not accept returns.

Refund will be initiated within Seven working days after the product has reached us.

In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase. All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges shall need to be taken care by you.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
